Denise Robinson, LBSW, MSW‑Intern, is a dedicated social worker committed to empowering individuals and strengthening families. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science in 2015 and began her career serving the State of Delaware in Long Term Care Medicaid and Adult Protective Services. In these roles, Denise worked tirelessly to protect vulnerable adults and ensure access to essential care.
In her current role, Denise advocates for patients living with HIV/AIDS, providing psychosocial support and connecting clients to vital resources. She has worked extensively with diverse populations, including adults with disabilities, individuals facing mental health concerns, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Denise also encourages children, adults, and families to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve personal growth.
Denise is pursuing her Master of Social Work at Delaware State University, where she serves as an MSW‑Intern. She aspires to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her passion lies in working with children, encouraging adults, and keeping families together. Guided by empathy and dedication, Denise continues to build a career centered on advocacy, inclusion, and meaningful change in the lives of those she serves.
