Corri Collick, LBSW, MSW

Experience

With over 20 years of experience in Delaware’s Family Court and Family Service systems, Corri brings a unique and comprehensive understanding of family dynamics, shaped by her professional roles and personal life journey. She has served as the Liaison for Delaware's Division of Services for Children, Youth and  Families (DSCYF) and Sussex County Family Court,  where she worked directly with a host of committed  Judges, Commissioners, Deputy Attorney Generals,  and Family Law Attorneys. During this time Corri also , CASAs,  and a host of  Mental health professionals, and spent several years contracting her services to agencies across Delaware as a Supervised Visitation Specialist, a Therapeutic Support for Families, and a Family Support Peer. Corri is a Family Crisis Therapist by day at an elementary school by day, and supports New Beginnings Family Services’ commitment to providing non-traditional office hours in the evenings and weekends.                                       

Education & Credentials

She received her undergraduate degrees in Paralegal Studies (2012) and Behavioral Science (2016). Corri is a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW) and an MSW graduate at Delaware State University (2026).  She is a Certified Co-Parenting Specialist®, a Supervised Visitation Professional, a Certified BeH2o™ Co-Parenting Master Coach, a Certified Family Re-unification Specialist, a Foster Care/Adoption Advocate, and a Paralegal.

Specializing in Family Court-aligned services to families, children, and individuals, Corri provides a range of services using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches that holistically support you, your child, and/or your family. 

Therapeutic Approach

Corri’s default therapeutic style is a collaborative blend of psychoeducation and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), guided by her belief that: “Education gives us the tools, and perspective helps us use them well.” She uses unique and relatable analogies to connect with clients on their level, making complex ideas accessible and engaging for individuals and families.

Corri is a proud member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), and the Supervised Visitation Network (SVN).

Outside of Work

When she’s not working with children and families, Corri enjoys spending time with her family & friends, hosting gatherings in her backyard, and supporting community events. She loves Mexican food, traveling to new places, and finding creative ways to bring joy and connection to the people around her.
